1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mlbb8 website accessible at https://mlbb8.cam and any associated mobile web interface, together with all services, products, and features offered thereon.
• "mlbb8", "we", "us", or "our" means the operator of the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion into withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means the portion of a User's Balance derived from deposits, successfully completed wagering of Bonus Funds, or credited winning payouts — fully withdrawable subject to verification.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of Real Money Funds is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered through eligible games before it may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-protection features available within each Account including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the mlbb8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Indonesia's legal minimum age for participation in gambling activities is 21 years. mlbb8 enforces this requirement strictly and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 without prior notice.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mlbb8 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not be subject to self-exclusion — either self-imposed via the mlbb8 platform or imposed by any external responsible gaming authority — at the time of registration or during account use.
6. You must have only one (1) Account registered in your name on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

To register an Account on the mlbb8 Platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify mlbb8 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via the live chat function or by email. mlbb8 will never contact you by email, SMS, or chat to request your Account password.

mlbb8 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or close an Account at any time, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, or where mlbb8 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.

• All Account details must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party under any circumstance.
• Only one Account per household IP address is permitted without prior written approval from mlbb8 compliance staff.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

mlbb8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal of Real Money Funds is processed.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: The identity document above must clearly show your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: In cases where mlbb8's compliance team requires it, a screenshot or bank statement confirming ownership of the deposit payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, GoPay, DANA, etc.).

Standard KYC processing time is under 30 minutes during business hours (WIB). mlbb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mlbb8 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit: subject to the payment method limits in effect at the time of transaction.
• Approved deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time for all supported e-wallet methods and within 60 seconds for bank transfers under normal conditions.
• mlbb8 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are the User's responsibility.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's own name.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed automatically 24 hours a day with an average completion time of under 5 minutes for bank transfers and under 1 minute for e-wallet methods.
• mlbb8 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 50.000.000 in aggregate within any 30-day period.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if any part of the Account Balance remains subject to an active, unsatisfied Wagering Requirement.
• mlbb8 does not process withdrawals to credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or third-party payment systems not listed above.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mlbb8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and sports accumulator boosts. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Users who have previously received and forfeited a bonus due to breach of terms may be excluded from future offers at mlbb8's discretion.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum 25× (twenty-five times) wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be met through gameplay on games designated as eligible in the specific promotion's terms. Live sportsbook bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a Wagering Requirement is active, the maximum stake per single bet or spin is Rp 50.000 or 10% of the applicable Bonus Fund balance, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during an active Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Validity: All bonus funds expire at 23:59 WIB on the last day of the stated validity period if the Wagering Requirement has not been satisfied. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a withdrawal request is made while a Wagering Requirement is outstanding, mlbb8 will deduct and void the related Bonus Funds from the Balance before processing the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds.
• Abuse Prevention: mlbb8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that bonus offers have been exploited through bonus abuse, arbitrage, low-risk wagering patterns, or collusion between multiple Accounts.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any wager or participating in any game on the mlbb8 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets placed on the sportsbook — including football (taruhan bola / bandar bola), mix parlay accumulators, handicap (Asian and European), Over/Under, and in-play markets — are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules in effect at the time the bet is placed.
• All outcomes determined by the Platform's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — including slot games, table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), togel (Indonesian numbers lottery) draw results, and crash game multipliers — are final and binding upon confirmation.
• In-play (live) bet acceptance is subject to latency and market availability. mlbb8 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after a relevant event (goal, point, card) has occurred but before the relevant market has been suspended, where it can be reasonably established that the User had prior knowledge of the event.
• mlbb8 reserves the right to cancel, void, or limit any bet at any time if there is reasonable evidence of: system error, manifest odds pricing error, match fixing, or suspicious wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Winnings credited to your Account as a result of a genuine system error or incorrect odds will be reversed regardless of whether the funds have been partially or fully withdrawn.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mlbb8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, tax evasion, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Registering more than one Account per person or per household.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other Users to exploit bonuses or promotional offers, including through coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds to the Platform.
• Attempting to access, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, security infrastructure, or backend systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

mlbb8 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools accessible directly within each registered Account. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configurable net-loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once reached, further wagering is automatically suspended for the set period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum play-session duration setting. Automatic logout when the limit is reached.
• Reality-Check Reminders: On-screen notifications at configured intervals showing current session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined period (minimum 7 days, maximum indefinite). Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and prevents all access to gambling features.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mlbb8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and data compilations — is the property of mlbb8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered User. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from mlbb8.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mlbb8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, third-party payment system failures, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Bets voided or winnings adjusted due to manifest system errors, pricing errors, or external data feed failures beyond mlbb8's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

In any event, mlbb8's maximum aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

mlbb8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mlbb8 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between User devices and Platform servers. Personal data is not sold to, or shared with, unauthorized third parties. Data is retained for a period of five (5) years following Account closure in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely destroyed.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which mlbb8's operating entity is licensed and regulated. This agreement does not conflict with any applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that such laws are applicable to the User's use of the Platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and mlbb8, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team in writing (via live chat or email to [email protected]) to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration before an independent arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class action arbitrations are expressly waived — claims must be brought on an individual basis only.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mlbb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to the address associated with your Account. The updated Terms will take effect 14 calendar days after the date of notice unless the change is required immediately by law or by regulatory direction, in which case it takes effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting Customer Support.
